Crafternoon
Hosted by two of our lovely core volunteers, this program is all about getting creative and sharing in great conversations.
All craft materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own projects if you have one on the go!
Crisis Support by appointment
Book an appointment to speak with a support worker regarding service referrals and peer counseling. Please note, we can only serve one person at a time for appointments.

Drop-in, Resource and Referral Program
This program is open to women, gender diverse individuals and children.
The Drop-In Program provides the following:
- A community of supportive women, gender diverse individuals, and children
- Coffee, tea and snacks, and free nutritious food to share
- Resources and referral information about health, employment, financial assistance, housing, and abuse
- Volunteer opportunities
- Access to computers and internet
- Compassionate peer counseling and free counseling with Practicum Counselor
- A free clothing store
- A children’s play area
Please note, the doors of the centre remain locked during program hours. Please knock on the door to access the space.

Please note: on December 6th Drop-in hours will be 9am to 11:30am for the National Day of Remembrance & Action on Violence Against Women Vigil @ Nelson City Call 12pm to 1pm
