My Grandmothers Kitchen Project: Market Chopped!
Ever seen the cooking shows where chefs are handed a basket of mystery ingredients and have to create a meal? Think you can do it? Come try.
Wednesday, Aug 24th 5:30-7:30 pm at the Women’s Centre
We will utilize the generous donations from the farmers at the Wednesday market and see what we can create while being guided by cooking staples like a basic vinaigrette recipe, best kale recipe ever and food ideas like the 5 flavors and concept of Umami.
We will brainstorm and cook. Then we eat!
