My Grandmothers Kitchen Project: Market Chopped!

Have you ever seen the cooking shows where chefs are handed a basket of mystery ingredients and have to create a meal?

Think you can do it? Come try.

We will utilize the generous donations from the farmers at the Wednesday market and see what we can create while being guided by cooking staples like a basic vinaigrette recipe, best kale recipe ever and food ideas like the 5 flavors and concept of Umami.

We will brainstorm and cook. Then we eat!
