Cate is a powerful coach who holds sacred space for her clients in order to support them in creating awareness and clarity in their life’s purpose and path. She has worked in fitness education and leadership for many years before attaining her ACC accreditation with the the International Coaching Federation. She is a proud mama of 3 living in Nelson BC.
