My Grandmother’s Kitchen: Gnocchi Making

This month the kitchen at the Women’s Centre will host a Gnocchi making class with local Chef Baily Smith of the renowned All Seasons Cafe in Nelson, BC.

Some recipes can feel too challenging for the average cook. Often all it takes is someone showing you the steps so you can re-create your favorite comfort foods at home.

Join us Wednesday, November 23^rd for pillowy dumplings with a nourishing fall sauce. Potatoes and ricotta will surely play a role. We will cook together and then we get to eat.

$5 per person includes the workshop and supper.
