Registration for the series is required.
In our Girls’ Empowerment Movement (GEM) program, girls aged 10 to 13 explore themes related to friends, growing bodies & changing feelings, and connecting with their personal power to live joyfully and fully.
Through a series of six workshops, girls engage in art, games, activities, and discussion, supported by community members who come to share their skills and knowledge.
The girls are encouraged to express themselves through a variety of media in whatever way feels right to them, culminating in a sharing of their experiences with their families on the final day.
