The Topic will be Radical Self Care, and we will discuss the relationship between empowerment and self-care.
We will be joined at 5:45 by Sheryl Richmond who will speak on the topic of “resource”. How to let in the good, and draw on the goodness in stressful times.

“Each of us has in our hearts a joy that is accessible to us; by connecting with that joy we allow ourselves to celebrate. Joy is like a soft spring rain that allows us to lighten up, to enjoy ourselves..” How can we orient towards the pleasure of being alive?
